Policies and Procedures
We ask that you familiarize yourself to the terms of service listed below prior to your scheduled clean.
Scheduling services is to adhere to terms of services below:
Licensed & and insured professionals with time-tested techniques. We guarantee satisfaction, we are happy to come back for additional time at no extra cost to take care of anything we may have missed for your clean within 24-48 hours of service.
In the event staff are locked out of a home and unable to enter and miscommunication occurs, staff are to wait 15 minutes until communication is received and staff are able to enter, rescheduling may occur otherwise.
We do not offer refunds for services already rendered, nor do we negotiate pre-agreed upon pay rates.
Free cleaning estimates, always. Typically we ask for photos of spaces prior to your clean, but may need to schedule a physical walkthrough.
Service fee's up to $15 apply to our Invoices to make bank transfers. Cash, Check, and Zelle are our preferred payment methods to avoid any fees.
Payment is expected immediately upon completion of your clean. Legal actions such as charges for Theft of Service may be taken for any overdue bills including an additional 15% fee included on unpaid invoices.
We have the right to discontinue services or halt the completion of a service if crew members become uncomfortable or discover harmful objects present in clients homes during a clean. We only ask for your respect during the time of service.
Supplies provided, including and not limited to mops, brooms, vacuums, steamers, cleaning rags, multi-surface spray, dusters, brushes and other specialty tools. Eco-friendly cleaning products available. We try to avoid bleach. If you have products you would prefer us to use please let us know we are happy to accommodate.
Covid-19 and it's variants are still a concern, as well as other flus and viruses. We adhere to CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of illness. If staff are under the weather your clean may need to be rescheduled. If you are feeling under the weather, we ask that you please reschedule.
Flexible with schedule changes. No fee's for cancellations or rescheduling.
Before and after photos may be taken of each clean for portfolio purposes or to ensure completion of services. If you do not wish to have photos shared, please let us know.
Information shared with us is confidential. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your personal information.
We cannot remediate mold, fire damage, nicotine, flood damage, extensive trash/clutter, biohazardous materials such as pet/human waste or medical waste. We cannot exterminate insects, we ask that any infestation of rodent or insects is taken care of prior to your scheduled clean. The following work with hazardous materials is excluded: Lead or radon mitigation, work with asbestos, removal of batteries, fuel, oil, or propane.
Inside oven and fridge for move-related cleans only, laundry service provided for turnover cleans only for bedding and towel refresh, dish cleaning may require additional charge, we do not typically organize items, we do not move furniture, we request that taken care of prior to your scheduled clean.
All services have a 2 hour minimum, our crew may consist of both male and female staff.
We cannot restore. We may be able to refer you to other service providers if a space is out of our scope of expertise.
We typically ask about extended policies on glass doors. We will not be held responsible for damage to glass doors.
We may not be able to provide last minute/same-day cleaning services.
We do ask that most clutter is taken care of before we arrive to ensure the most efficient clean of surfaces and floors. We may clean around clutter or skip an area entirely if it is impossible to clean due to clutter. We may at our discretion opt to postpone cleaning services if all rooms to be cleaned are excessively cluttered or if too many furniture items are still present during a move related clean.
Scheduling a clean and proceeding to receive services from Aurora's Cleaning Crew and Aurora's Cleaning Services is to submit to the above terms of service.
