Terms of Service
Aurora asks that you familiarize yourself to the terms of service listed below prior to your scheduled clean.
Scheduling services is to adhere to terms of services below:
Licensed & and insured professionals with time-tested techniques. Aurora guarantees satisfaction, we are happy to come back for additional time at no extra cost to take care of anything we may have missed for your clean within 24-48 hours of service.
In the event staff are locked out of a home and unable to enter and miscommunication occurs, staff are to wait 15 minutes until communication is received and staff are able to enter, rescheduling may occur otherwise.
No refunds for services already rendered, nor do we negotiate pre-agreed upon pay rates. Payment is expected promptly upon completion of clean. Legal actions such as charges for Theft of Service may be taken.
Free cleaning estimates, always. Typically we ask for photos of spaces prior to your clean, but may need to schedule a physical walkthrough.
Service fee's up to $15 apply to our Invoices to make bank transfers. Cash, Check, and Zelle are our preferred payment methods to avoid any fees.
We have the right to discontinue services or halt the completion of a service if crew members become uncomfortable or discover harmful objects present in clients homes during a clean. We only ask for mutual respect during the time of service.
Supplies provided, including and not limited to mops, brooms, vacuums, steamers, cleaning rags, multi-surface spray, dusters, brushes and other specialty tools. Eco-friendly cleaning products available. We try to avoid bleach. If you have products you would prefer us to use please let us know we are happy to accommodate.
Covid-19 and it's variants are still a concern, as well as other flus and viruses. We adhere to CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of illness. If staff are under the weather your clean may need to be rescheduled. If you are feeling under the weather, we ask that you please reschedule.
Flexible with schedule changes. Life happens. No fee's for cancellations or rescheduling.
Before and after photos may be taken of each clean for portfolio purposes or to ensure completion of services. If you do not wish to have photos shared, please let Aurora know.
Information shared with us is confidential. Your privacy is respected.
We cannot exterminate insects, we ask that any infestation of rodent or insects is taken care of prior to your scheduled clean. The following work with hazardous materials is excluded: Lead or radon mitigation, medical waste, asbestos, removal of batteries, fuel, oil, or propane.
Inside oven and fridge for move-related cleans only, furniture cannot be moved, we request that taken care of prior to your scheduled clean.
More than one staff available only for office, move out cleans, deep cleans, or for over a certain amount of square footage. Most residentials are serviced by Aurora only.
Restoration, mold remediation, fire damage resolution, nicotine, flood damage, biohazard and pet/human waste removal are not services provided, nor is carpet and upholstery cleaning.
I typically ask about extended warranties on glass shower doors. We cannot not be held responsible for damage to glass doors.
May not be able to provide last minute/same-day cleaning services.
I do ask that most clutter is taken care of prior to arrival to ensure the most efficient clean of surfaces and floors.
Scheduling a clean and proceeding to receive services from Aurora's Cleaning Crew (DBA) and Aurora's Cleaning Services (LLC) is to submit to the above terms of service.
Your home is your sanctuary, and I understand that it is one of your greatest investments where your most treasured belongings are. I will treat your home and personal belongings with the utmost respect. You can feel confident to invite me into your home for cleaning services, and know that your home and your items are protected. I ensure your security. My customers trust myself and my crew to care for their homes, even while away at work or running errands. Your space is safe with us.
